Return Window

  • Standard Returns: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unused items in original condition
  • Items in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items that have not been personalized or customized
  • Items purchased within the return window

Items We Cannot Accept for Return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the return window has expired
  • Digital products or downloadable items

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at suely@susecretscollection.com 
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Attach the return label to the package
  • Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Return Shipping

Free Return Shipping:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items sent by our error
  • Items that don’t match the description

Customer Responsibility:

  • Returns due to change of mind or sizing issues
  • Return shipping fee: $7.99 (deducted from refund)
  • International returns (customer pays all shipping costs)

Refund Process

Processing Time:

  • Refunds: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Store Credit: 1-2 business days after return is processed
  • Exchange: 3-5 business days for processing new shipment

Refund Methods:

  • Original Payment Method: Full refund minus return shipping (if applicable)
  • Store Credit: 110% of original purchase value (no expiration)
  • Exchange: Same item in different size/color (subject to availability)

Refund Amounts:

  • Product cost (minus return shipping if customer responsibility)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective
  • Tax will be refunded according to state regulations

Exchanges

Size/Color Exchanges:

  • Available within 30 days of delivery
  • Subject to inventory availability
  • Original item must be in returnable condition
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact customer service for exchange authorization
  2. Return original item following standard return process
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. Expedited shipping available for additional fee

Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Action Required:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged/defective items
  • Keep all original packaging

Our Response:

  • Immediate replacement or full refund
  • Prepaid return shipping label provided
  • No return shipping charges
  • Expedited replacement shipping at no cost

Special Circumstances

Holiday Returns:

  • Extended return window during holiday season
  • Gift receipts available upon request
  • Gift returns processed as store credit if no receipt

International Orders:

  • 30-day return window still applies
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
  • International exchanges not available (refund only)

Bulk/Wholesale Orders:

  • Different return policy may apply

  • 15-day return window for bulk orders

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Personal care items (opened)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refund Exceptions

Chargebacks and Disputes:

  • Customers who initiate chargebacks forfeit the right to returns

  • Chargeback fees may be deducted from future refunds

Fraudulent Returns:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who abuse our policy

  • False claims about item condition may void return privileges
